WSJ-FM Group, we adopt a zero-tolerance policy against all forms of corruption and bribery. We are committed to ensuring the effectiveness of this policy being implemented at all levels of the subsidiaries.
The scope of this Policy is for the Employees of WSJ-FM Group and all parties engaged by WSJ-FM Group or performing work or services for or on behalf of WSJ-FM Group. All parties must comply with this policy when performing work or services.
About the Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy, WSJ-FM Group requires all employees and related parties to:
Act lawfully, ethically, and in the public interest
Prohibit bribery and corruption; and
Not tolerate illegal or unethical behavior by clients, suppliers, or by public officials.
WSJ-FM Group shall provide avenues for its employees, and any parties acting for and on behalf of members of the public to make reports on any improper conduct within WSJ-FM Group.
WSJ-FM Group will take stern disciplinary action against employees and terminate business transactions with any party found in breach of this policy.
This anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy shall be reviewed as often as necessary.

As an integral part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, we have established a Whistleblower Protection Policy to encourage the reporting of any activities that are believed, in good faith, to violate legal, ethical, or company standards.
Definition of Whistleblower:
For this policy, a "whistleblower" is defined as any officer, director, employee, or independent contractor who reports activities reasonably believed to be illegal, dishonest, discriminatory, fraudulent, or in violation of WSJ-FM policies.
Reporting Procedure:
Employees and independent contractors are encouraged to report improper activities in writing to the Executive Director or their designee. If the Executive Director is implicated, reports should be directed to the Board Chair or a member of the Board of Directors.
Confidentiality and Protection:
All reports, investigations, and resolutions will be treated with utmost confidentiality to the extent possible while ensuring a thorough examination. Any unauthorized disclosure of reports may result in disciplinary action. WSJ-FM is committed to protecting individuals who report improper activities in good faith or assist in investigations.
Prohibition of Retaliation:
Retaliation against whistleblowers will not be tolerated. This includes any adverse employment actions, such as discharge, demotion, suspension, threats, harassment, or discrimination. Any individual found to retaliate against a whistleblower will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
False Reports:
Reports made with knowledge of their falsity, in whole or in part, are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary measures.
